Events of 100 or More People $1460.00



The KofC Hall now offers 30 Round Banquet Tables for rent. They are $9.00 each. The Hall will comfortably hold 320 Persons (ie, Weddings, All Quinceaneras are limited to 320 persons, Bar Mitzvah's, Anniversaries)

  • Includes: Cost of Hall - $1015.00 (6 Hours, Additional Hours $170/hr)
  • Bartenders - $270.00 (Scheduled by Knights of Columbus)
  • Hall Cleaning - $175.00
  • Pop, mixes, ice, and cups $200.00, if over 320 person's additional costs will apply.
  • Caterer can also use kitchen to warm foods only and must abide by signed contract.
  • $500.00 Deposit required and will be returned after event less any deductions for breakage or repairs required.

Events for Under 100 People $450.00



(Five Hours Max, Additional Hours $90/hr), Plus Expenses Below) (ie, Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties, Bridal/Baby Showers)

  • Includes: Bar Cost: Pop, Ice, and Cups - $150.00
  • Bartender - $90.00 per Bartender
  • Hall Cleaning Fee - $125.00
  • Events are not held on prime Friday or Saturday nights and must abide by signed contract. A $250.00 Deposit is required and will be returned after event less any deductions for breakage or repairs required.

Church Rentals



(Sacred Heart-Imlay City, St. Nicholas-Capac, St. Cornelius-Dryden, St. John's-Allentown)

  • 2 Per Year at No Charge for Hall Plus $445.00 (Any additional rentals at regular cost)
  • No Friday or Saturday Night Rentals unless Ok'd by Hall Manager.
  • Includes: Cost of Hall- No Charge
  • Bartenders - $270.00 (Scheduled by Knights of Columbus)
  • Hall Cleaning - $175.00
  • Must abide signed contract. $500.00
  • Deposit required and will be returned after event less any deductions for breakage or repairs required. If necessary, liquor license must be obtained under the church's name. •


Funeral Luncheons



  • (Funeral Luncheons are scheduled between the hours of 11:00am and 3:30pm) The first choice would be your local Parish Hall, if that Hall is too small, the K of C Hall can become available for the fees listed below.
  • Members Spouse Only - No Charge (Plus expenses below)
  • Non-Members - $300.00 (Plus expenses below)
  • Drink Bar Cost- $150.00 for Pop/Ice
  • Hall Monitor- $100.00
  • Hall Cleaning Fee- $125.00
  • Deposit $250.00 Member and Non-Member

Vendor Shows $800.00



Vendors Show -$800.00 Maximum 40 Tables - (Knights of Columbus to work kitchen and take profits)

  • Vendor Shows must be held between 9am-6pm, (additional hours $105/hr)
  • Night Hours will be considered a Full Rental Must abide by signed contract.
  • $500.00 Deposit required and will be returned after event less any deductions for breakage or repairs required.
